Lindsey Knowles(MBACP)

Therapeutic Counsellor

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may be experiencing anxiety, stress, low confidence, relationship difficulties, or simply feel that something needs to change.

Counselling offers a confidential space where you can talk openly, make sense of your experiences, and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

I offer a supportive, non-judgemental environment where you can be heard and understood.

Therapy That Puts You First

Choosing a counsellor is a personal decision, and I believe it's important that you find someone you feel comfortable with.

As a pluralistic counsellor, I don't believe there is a "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy. Every person comes with their own experiences, strengths, and hopes for counselling, so I work collaboratively with you to find the approach that feels most helpful.

This means that, alongside talking therapy, I draw on techniques including CBT, psychoeducation, somatic therapy and creative approaches.

I offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported to work through things at your own pace.
